DST-inclusive Technology Business incubator -GSSS Technology Business Incubator Foundation-MYSURU (DST-iTBI-GSSSTBIF-MYSURU) is planning to establish centralized laboratory facility and infrastructure to the incubates under the financial assistance from Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India and GSSS Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women (HOST INSTITUTE)through a major grant under 1819- Innovation ,Technology Development and Deployment scheme of DST.
In view of this, DST-iTBI-GSSSTBIF-MYSURU, invites Open Tender for the procurement of Equipments and furniture for building the infrastructure under DST grant, 1819-Innovation, Technology Development and Deployment scheme. The tender should be submitted on or before 20-8-2024 15:00 hrs

- GSSSTBIF, Mysuru, Karnataka 570016, Karnataka reserves the right to reject any or all of the tenders without assigning any reasons and without any liability or obligation to inform the vendors of the reasons for such action. The quantity may also vary according to the requirements.
- The tender rate will remain valid for a period of 180 days from the last date prescribed for submission of tender. The duration of the contract may be extended for further period of six months on mutual agreement but without variation of price.
- The supply shall be made as per schedule quoted in their tender by the vendor from the date receipt of the supply order failing which loss caused to the Institution will be recovered from the vendor.
- The instruments should come with a minimum warranty of one year, along with a free Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
- The participants shall produce all the original documents for verification whenever necessary.
- Tender documents shall be submitted in the prescribed format after downloading the same from website
- Scanned Brochures/ Information/ Profile of the firm shall be submitted.
- The Company Registration Certificate and GST Registration Certificate must be submitted.
- The instruments shall be supplied to the Places/ Departments/ Offices as may be specified in the supply order.
- No advance payment will be made for the supply of materials.
- Filled in applications shall be submitted through on-line within the dates specified. Institution reserves the right to depute an Expert Committee to verify the facilities / or the information furnished by the vendor is as per the tender document or would meet the requirements of Institution.
- The lowest price bidder meeting the required specifications will be evaluated by the institution’s local purchase committee. The evaluation will also consider the bidder’s technical expertise, available facilities, past experience, financial stability, track record, and other relevant information.
- The specifications shall be as outlined in the tender document. The quoted rate is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- The institution will adopt appropriate methods to ensure the quality of materials used in manufacturing. The vendor is bound by the results of this quality assessment.
- In the event that the materials supplied do not conform to the specified requirements, or if the raw materials used in manufacturing are found to be of inferior quality than those specified, such materials will be subject to rejection. Any losses incurred by the institution as a result of this non-compliance will be recovered from the vendor.
- Payment will be made only after the successful installation and demonstration of the materials, and upon issuance of a quality certificate by the expert appointed by the Institution.
